Transferring ETH from Binance to Trust Wallet, what network to use?

Hi guys, I am given the options of using the following networks: BEP20, ECR20, Arbitrum One, Optimism. Arbitrum One and Optimism are essentially free whereas the other two are more expensive.

When I go to settings of my Trust Wallet app, there is no Arbitrum or Optimism network though, currently set to the ETH network. Is Arbitrum One and Optimism safe? Do I have to add the network on Trust Wallet settings before sending it from Binance (not too sure how to do this)?
