Validator not (late) proposing blocks

Running a validator. Last proposed block was in September. Why is my node not proposing blocks as it should be (it should be proposed like 3 weeks ago according to a calculations). Is missing an attentions like a punishment for being delayed to proposed a block ? My node online is still around 99%.
