Is it possible to have the World War III on credibly neutral Ethereum?

This is a stupid question, I know

I can tell the probability of the world leaders to do that is basically zero

But let’s say in the next century the world somehow goes into the WWIII. Everyone aware that a physical war is the worst thing to have since many humans die, economy collapses, and breaks the environment.

So what if we take the soldiers, the generals, and the war bots into the virtual reality metaverse built fully on-chain and every country can have verifiable war.

Every events in the metaverse get batched and there’s an on-chain ZKP which everyone can verify. The war strategy must be private for sure, that’s where FHE combined with ZKP. Obviously there are other things to consider.

Anyway, is it practically possible to do a “Virtual Verifiable World War” on Ethereum?
