Can anybody explain what this transaction means?

Ethereum noob here..

A transaction for 0 USDC was iniciated and I received a notification in my mobile wallet, and I have no idea what just happened.

No funds lost. doesn't look like a compromised priv key.

the "from" and "to" address are my wallet, and my exchange's address which I recently sent to.
