Visual Moons Statistics: Round 1 to 33

Dear CC veterans,

moons round 33 is distributed and i found some handy graphs in my pocket i'm going to share with you (if you want or not).

Karma-Cap

More comments! More posts! More moons? Yes – but no. There is a maximum amount of karma after which posting becomes useless (if you want more moons). Look no further, here is the plot you searched for:

round 1 to 33: karma cap

Contributors

You are not alone – everybody wants moons. But just how many are everybody? Here is the graph that shows you the number of competitors – i mean contributors – in this sub wanting moons (and FTX raised that number!):

round 1 to 33: contributors

Karma-to-moons ratio

Karma gives you moons. But not every single hard earned karma point gives you one full moon. The first graph shows you round 1 to 33 and because the golden age of ratios above 5 blur the view of the more recent rounds, i found in my other pocket a graph depicting round 10 to 33 (and damn you FTX for lowering that ratio! We were so close to 1 – so close!)

round 1 to 33: karma to moons ratio

round 10 to 33: karma to moons ratio

Round 33: Who is who – or how much did they get?

Everybody loves bar plots – so here are the bars showing you how much moons how many contributors got (a lot of them received very little and some get a ton of moons); the second plots is log-y scale to better see the distribution:

round 33: moon contributor distribution

round 33: log-y moon contributor distribution

How much to be in the top 10%?

Just look at the graphs – you'll know:

round 1 to 33: karma needed to be in top 10%

round 1 to 33: moons received per round needed to be in top 10%

See you next moon round!
