Anti-phishing in a web 3.0 era

Hi people of Etherium!

With all the new technology emerging from crypto. I'd like to ask everyone a question!

"How might we protect ourselves from e-mail phishing in a web 3.0 era, using crypto technology?"

I've seen emails that contain "Anti-phishing codes" you can set up yourself, but I doubt that's the most efficient way with all the new technology we have at our hands these days!
