Need advice if anyone knows

I need like $7 worth of ETh for gas fees, Coinbase won't let me send anything out for 3 days. Metamask all require a SSN for a direct fiat buy which doesn't seem safe to me. Is there any easy way I can buy eth with fiat that requires little or no kyc?
