exec block body and exec block header meanings

Hey guys!

I have tried to find out what the exec block body and exec block header exactly mean, but I did not find anything useful.

These definitions are only mentioned with PBS, but just mentioned, not explained. Therefore, I would be very grateful if somebody can explain them or share corresponding documentation.
