How do I access a solidity mapping of address => struct using ethers.js?

Hi, I have a question regarding accessing a mapping of address => Struct posted on StackOverflow. Basically, I need to use ethers.js to give a parameter of an address, but it returns as undefined. Please refer to my question on SO for more details.
