Tips to be a Good Moderator

Hey, I have minimal experience moderating/hosting Twitter Spaces but want to start. Would love to get tips from those more experienced. Who are some of your favorite mods and what do you like about them?

I'm in awe of how patient and controlled some of the moderators can be. I wish I had that kind of patience. So yea, what makes a good moderator in an audio chat setting?
