Monetary Authority of Singapore has released consultation papers for digital payment tokens; stablecoins; and derivatives.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore has released consultation papers on proposed regulatory measures for (1) digital payment token services; (2) stablecoins; and (3) derivatives.

The payment tokens one includes a suggestion for retail education thresholds, and various precautionary operational proposals and disclosures for crypto exchanges/etc.

21 December is the close date for all three consultations.
