Ethereum Block Explorers and APIs

Hoping someone can help me with automating the retrieval of ethereum transactions off of the blockchain, but I'm not sure how to automate this collection process. Are there any free APIs on any of the block explorers that would allow be to pull daily activity from specific wallet addresses at specific times each day? Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
