Proposed my first block (yay!) do earned fees go directly into my wallet or stay with my staked eth?

My fee address is correct; I have confirmed. It seems like the fees stay with the stakes eth/contract (which is fine) I just want to confirm it is not supposed to go directly to my attached fee account
