Need help with ImToken ERC20-USDT issue

Fellow Redditérs, my neighbour has a problem with his ImToken account.
As you can see in the image, he has an amount of ERC20-USDT in his wallet, but is unable to transfer it to his crypto.com wallet (in order to cash out).

What is a sensible thing to do?
Can he swap the ERC20-USDT to ETH? Or can he transfer his ERC20-USDT directly to his Crypto . com wallet?

I personally don't know the ERC20/ETH coin. Please help.
