NOOB – I have “a lot” of odd crypto, no ETH (gas?) what do I do?

I'm a "noob" in crypto (specifically its use, I figured out how to "get" it, in various ways)

I have a portfolio of many diffrernt cryptos: BTC, BAT, DOGE, TRX, LTC, NANO, etc

But no eth (I had bet against it when I heard of POS swap, and I was pretty "fresh")

…. seems I need eth for transaction fees?

How do I go about getting "seed gas" to transfer some of my crypto to ETH in "Atomic Walet"

PS: I plan to use BAT, as a have a little over 6400 of it (largest "single pool", will BAT to ETH work???)

• Atomic wallet says it needs to cover "fee", with a claim eth button, but I have none

Any help would be greatly appreciated
