Vitalik’s Blog
if anyone had read Vitalik's blog, one that he exclusively posts on his page. he had outlined layer-3 solutions and the degree to which it would be able to spectate on the Ethereum Blockchain.
would anyone be interested to work on it or have thoughts on their horizon? any discussion would be appreciated.
