POSIX WinThreads problems

Hello, so I'm trying to mine RVN with TeamRedMiner but I keep getting this "POSIX WinThreads for Windows has stopped working" error.
I wasn't getting this error when I was using NBMiner, but with NBMiner I couldn't get more than 10 MH/s, with TeamRedMiner I'm getting 13 mh/s with exactly the same MSI Afterburner settings.

I'm using 4 RX580 8gb GPUs, all of them are bios modded.
At the moment my MSI Afterburner settings are:
Core Voltage (mV): -12
Power Limit (%): -8
Temp. Limit (C): 84
Core Clock (MHz): 1050
Memory Clock (MHz): 2050

I tried with Core Clock 1150 – 1200, Memory Clock 2150-2200 but I'm still getting the same error.
What's causing that? It couldn't be bios or bad OC if its working normally with NBMiner no?
I'm sorry if this question was answered already but I couldn't find anything to solve my problem.
