The advice “Only invest what you can lose” really comes into play after I am in “loss” with my crypto investments

Yes, my portfolio went to the ninth circle of hell. I typed "loss" because I am still holding and though I pretty sure that some of the coins I have, have a huge chance of never reaching their ATH again, I still belive most of them will.

There is a lot of uncertainty after the unfortunate events that affects the whole world economy, and just after I thought we would start to slowly recover from the inflation caused by the pandemic, my portfolio hit a record low.

The feeling is not nice at all, but…I invested 10% of my salary every month and that is the ammount that I can afford to lose. And I lost most of it, at least for now.

Since it did not significantly affect my lifestyle, I continued to trade without major problems. No debts, no loans. Beauty.

Edit: so, somebody just reached out to u/RedditCareResources because of this post and I just want to tell you LMAO. I am good, I am not planning on injuring myself. Thanks though.
