Safemoon, a cautionary reflection

The sentiment on the Safemoon subreddit appears pretty grim. This weekend somebody with a large bag from very early posted that he finally had enough and sold at a loss. There doesn’t seem to be the same inflated posting or hopium in the responses to posts.

This subreddit had that token figured out almost immediately in spite of the huge excitement behind the community and the promise of all the tech/advancements/hope.

My question is, how was it so easily identified? There seems to be plenty of new tokens hyped all the time that didn’t get such an immediately swat down from this community, but that one was put into isolation right away.

Hoping that other projects are caught in the future, and people on this sub are able to use Safemoon as an example of what not to invest in.
