Binance is allowing Arbitrum and Optimism withdrawals at zero platform fees!

Hi guys, just noticed this and thought it was cool so I decided to share. I often use Hop Protocol to switch between chains, but now I might actually just deposit and withdraw from Binance instead.

You only have to pay the usual 5/10 cent network fees.
