Staking options post-merge?

Hello community, now that we are post-merge (congrats all!) could some folks provide me with a few options for staking that focuses on helping the chain remain decentralized? I think these big ones like Lido are actually causing the blockchain to become more centralised, especially with reducing the staking pool diversity. Any good recommendations out there?
