I use Ravenminer pool (correct setup for PPS+)

Why I get _nothing_ when new block is found? In earnings section on the website I see :

RVN 0.00000

Status PPS+: Cleared

for other shares (10 min) RVN field is not Zero… WHY?

PPS+ doesn't work for miners with low hashrate or what? (22MH)
