Staking options post merge?

For those like myself who didn’t want to stake with the likes of Lido, Rocketpool, exchanges because of receipt token arrangement I.e stETH, bETH etc.

What staking / interest earning options will be available for those without 32 ETH? Or will we simply continue to stake with validators / pools?
