Will mining RVN cause my 3080 to throttle? How is it vs mining eth?

I was mining ravencoin on my 3060ti and it seemed fine power limited and getting a reasonable hash rate. Haven’t tried switching my rig over yet that has 3080s, does ravencoin mining really heat up the card a lot more than eth? Why?
