What will happen to my wrapped ethereum on polygon?

Hello everyone,

I just remembered this morning that I have a decent amount of Ethereum (wrapped) on polygon matic secured on my hardware wallet. What will happen to it with the merge? Will I be able to convert it to erc20 ethereum after the merge? I've been following the news of the merge for awhile but I'm unsure what happens to wrapped ethereum on other networks (sol, polygon matic, bsc, etc).
