Android Validator Requirements

Can I run an ETH validator on my phone? Its always connected to the internet it has lots of storage space. Would an Galaxy S22 Ultra, 1TB storage, 12 GB ram, Snapdragon Gen 1, is that enough power to validate transactions? Is the network speed of 5G strong enough to handle the data?

Is there any software for this?

Please excuse this dumb thought but will Elon make a Tesla phone that validates blocks of Doge?
