When is the Shanghai upgrade expected? Where is the best place to get dates of upcoming upgrades and forks etc

Is there an expected date for the Shanghai upgrade yet or even a rough idea of how many months after the merge. I cant really find anything from a reliable source online.

Is there an official source or a very good source which lists expected upgrade dates. How do you keep on top of dates?
