Eth.link is set to go offline as GoDaddy disallows any other person to renew it.

Eth.link which provides many services to ENS ( Ethereum Name Service ) is set to go offline on September 5 2022. Eth.link domain is only rented for a set period of time and needs to be renewed and since it's the domain's owner "Virgil Griffith" who is currently in prison for helping his involvement in helping North Korea evade sanctions it is not renewed.

GoDaddy had previously allowed another person to renew the domain on Griffith's behalf but now they have reversed that decision, and intend to allow the domain to expire on September 5 2022.
