Which group are you in?

A while back in business school we had some classes on the stages of adoption; starting with absolutely insane people that invent the thing and going all the way to the end of the journey with somebody being forced to buy the thing because it’s mandatory after being in the market long enough and finding it’s needed spot.

I believe we’re somewhere in the middle of Early Adoption / Early Majority phase of the product adoption journey. Could be wrong on that idk.

That being said, I think there’s only a couple types of people in the space right now, which one are you and I’m wondering what % each group makes up of the pie currently.

1. I just need money, I’m broke and gambling on this. I was going to gamble anyway.

2. I don’t need money, I’m just here to say I told you so to society when it succeeds and to help it succeed. Money is a bonus.

3. The tech. Nerd on a mission because I know the tech can change lives and I understand the tech

4. Idk what’s going on, I’m just here

5. I’m just hedging because it’s responsible, it’s like 3% of my portfolio
