Possible solution to most ETH privacy issues.

Could ETH just not implement a private wallet address tied to the main public wallet? For instance you have an option to send via public address or send through a randomized one time use address similar to Litecoin. This seems like it would solve most of the privacy problems and doesn’t sound like it would be very complicated to implement.
