My Eth is Internal Transaction, what to do next?

Transferred 0.5 Eth from Coinbase to Bitpay, my wallet. Bitpay never received it. Asked Bitpay support, they replied it's internal transaction and won't show up on bitpay wallet. Went back to Coinbase, Coinbase said it's transferred out so it's out of their hands. I am getting the run around. Contacted etherscan, no reply for 3 days now.

From my research, it seems that Bitpay needs to a manual recording.

What to do?
