Is 0.5% Rejection Good?

As per title, I have been mining Ravencoin for a long time and only recently started to see my rejection rate from 0.2%-0.3% has increased to 0.5%. Rejections are a combination of invalid solutions and stale jobs(I am not sure how to check the exact numbers on T-rex miner). I am using Asus Tuf 3070 LH on windows with 0 clock boost, 1370 mem boost, and power limit of 63% giving me around 30MH/s.

Is efficiency around 200KH/W as well good?

I also want to know if gaming increase the rejection rate as I do game half the day. While I have been mining raven for almost a year, I found my settings to be the best at the time and forget about it. I am still novice at this.
