Is PBS + crList good or bad for censorship resistance?

It seems like the general consensus and intention for PBS + crList is to strengthen censorship resistance, but I’ve also seen some arguments claiming it would make censorship easier. Can those that are more knowledgeable about this explain whether and how this would strengthen or weaken censorship resistance?
