What you would need is some downloadable binary executable, open source, ideally anonymous, but extremely well audited with checksum, similar to electrum. This would have some inbuilt template logic to "connect to new protocols", a highly abstracted system that readily identifies common order type and tasks actions that are typical and broadly represented across defi, like an aggregator.
