Unusually long wait time to transfer ether to my wallet.

I transfer 0.5 ether from coinbase acct to my bitpay wallet. It's been 12 hours and still not received. I checked the block explorer, the address is correct, matches my bitpay wallet address. I have done this many time in the past, usually takes 5 min to 10 min.

Shoud I be worried?
