What is your favorite L2 project on Ethereum?

I'm trying to learn more about Ethereum. At a basic level I know that it's a smart contract platform for developers to create different business models on top of it. There are so many tokens out there. I want to narrow my research down to 10 tokens and understand the potential of layer twos a decade from now.
