Can anyone rec books on the concepts behind scaling solutions (ZK Proofs, Optimistic, Sharding)?

I have a very general understanding of L2 solutions but is there some sort of book/academic textbook that can really explain what's happening underneath the hood?

I assume it may be some sort of book on cryptography?
