Resilient Windows wallet

Hello,

I'd like to be protected from a bankruptcy of the platform I use (bitcoin.de) so I store my cryptos at home, on my pc (well protected, well backed up, …).

For BTC I use Electrum -> I'd like to have something similar for my Ethereum.

Must have:

– no need for an HW key
– no need for a mobile phone
– run on windows 11
– connection to an external site not needed (my private key must be on my hard drive)

Purpose:

– just to stack my ETH at home (and get them transferred them the day I'll decide to sell them)
– no need for NFC, …
