Is it possible to use a dot com domain to host on the Ethereum blockchain?

I know my question highly reeks of Web development in general. I have tried Discord, Reddit (search), Google and YouTube for this question. I had not found any answer to this yet.

.crypto & .blockchain are domains which are not usually trusted by end users. I wondered if it is possible to use a .com to be hosted on the blockchain instead (Ethereum blockchain).
