I'm in it for the money and I'm excited for regulations. There, I said it. Now bear with me..

I'm a software developer. I like the tech. It's new and it brings exciting opportunities but at the end of the day the tech doesn't pay the bills. Money pays the bills. Regulation doesn't necessarily mean centralization but who cares either way? I bet you 90% of the people that preach that they care about the tech and centralization are the first people that are gonna sell their asses once presented with the opportunity.

There's really no institutional investors yet. There's some but could you imaging the trillions of dollars that are gonna pour in the market if it was regulated? For us, the regular people, it doesn't matter THAT much but that's all that's stopping the big players from entering the market. They need to know they are covered legally.

Regulation is coming. And that's a good thing.
