Newbie….. if i have $2k and want to purchase 10 Ethereum what would be my best option?

I plan to add cash to my account bi-weekly but i feel i wont be able to save up fast enough to reach my goal of 10 Ethereum before everything settles. What are my least expensive options as far as fees or something of that matter….
