Help wanted: Setting up dns resolution for .eth TLD with DNSCrypt-proxy

Has anyone been able to successfully set up a DNS proxy to resolve .eth domains? I am not having any luck finding instructions on how to configure DNSCrypt-proxy so that it will forward resolution of .eth to https://eth.link/dns-query. Could anyone give me pointers?
