How do I deploy a contract as a transaction with the initcode of a contract I want to copy?

I have the initcode of a contract I want to copy.

Someone elsewhere told me that I can submit it as a transaction possibly in Metamask, but I'm not sure how to do that. Can anyone point me to a guide or explain how?
