trace_call and debug_traceCall on Erigon

Hi everyone! I'm doing some research on the Erigon client, and I'm trying to understand the trace module better. For example, the trace_call method and the debug_traceCall and debug_traceTransaction. Can someone explain what they are used for? a use case of how you would use it in real life would be appreciated!
