Are BlockFi in danger?

Just noticed this thread somewhere else and was wondering if you guys know something about the matter?

According to 3AC's website, they are the MAIN investor in BlockFi.

I believe BlockFi need to make a statement on how much they will be affected if 3AC goes underwater completely.
