How long will unstaking eth be when the merge has happened

So I’m developing a dapp, and for the treasury we want to stake the eth we get from the protocol, but as this eth will need to be used fairly frequently, withdraws every 2-3weeks will there be a penalty for unstaking eth quite quickly, and also how would protocols like Rocketpool work with unstaking, would we be able to actually redeem the eth from the beacon chain with our reth now instead of selling it on a dex
