Ethereum Foundation treasury operation issues

My name is Owen from China. I am a core contributor to SeeDAO. Recently I have been working on a research project on the long-term operation and management of a DAO vault.

I got useful information in Ethereum Foundation(April 2022). I'm interested in how them develop a long-term financial plan for crypto assets, how them balance expenses with foundation income.

I'm looking forward to learning more about how Ethereum Foundation solves this problem. I would be very happy and grateful if I could consult with the person in DAO vaults operations.
