My hardtrail bike creacked (and my heart too :'( )

I got a 2020 cube aim pro, hardtrail basic bike, but upgraded it a lot. Today I was washing it and noticed a deeeeeeep crack in the "chainstay" area.

Do you believe there's any waranty?

I bought it online via mhw (germany) and will call them once there open again tommorow. But until then i'll be crying hahaha
