Question about L2 addresses and contracts

I’m planning to mint a DAO on L2, but I’m almost as afraid of being locked into L2 as of L1 fees. Would an L2 wallet address correspond to an identical L1 wallet address, so I can bridge my assets and interact with L1 dApps, or dApps on other L2s, like loopring or immutableX, for example if my DAO is minted on Polygon?
