Regarding multiple eth transfer with minimal cost

I have multiple eth wallets that hold eth in the range of 0.2 – 0.5. I wish to consolidate all the eth that I have to a new wallet. How could I do this with mininal fee incurred?

Are L2 solutions any good for this usecase? Bridging is not cheap so I don't think L2 solutions would be any help for transfer of eth. Please let me know if I missed something.
